今天是我第四天在hospital kuala lumpur实习...
还蛮累的... 前两天站到脚痛...
这两天就好多了...
第一天在hkl实习的时候,我迟到了...
因为我找不到我要去的病房...
一路上一直问人才找到... 到病房的时候已经七点半了...
CI也没说什么...
第一天嘛...没关系啦~~
CI跟我们讲解完后我们就开始实习...
有senior的教导下...算还蛮顺利的...
第一天就帮病人量体温,血压,pulse n others...
CI对我们第一天的表现不是很满意...因为我们做东西很慢...
可是我们对那边的东西不是很熟悉啊...
CI还跟我们说八点之前一定要换好每个病人的床单,量好体温和血压...
因为八点后医生回来巡病房...
sister asked me n my partner go to feed a patient but i heard is 'fit' not 'feed'...
n i'm very nervous tat time...
the patient asked me no need panic n he oso told me wat i wan to do...
i felt very happy bcz the attitude of patient is not too bad as i thought b4...
he never scold me,gave me some advice...
he asked me to take the urinal for him...
i dun know wher i can take the urinal...
then he told me wher i should be take...

之后我们就去看senior帮病人做bed bath...
那个病人叫asman shah...看起来很像华人,其实是马来人...
他不能说话因为他的喉咙插管...
所以我们就只能看他的嘴形来辨认他说什么...
休息时间的时候,我就趁其他人休息的时候去看senior帮病人做dressing...
那可不是一般的dressing哦...很多人看了都快受不了...
因为那伤口实在是太恐怖了...
有一个病人的小腿...皮都掉了... 再加上他的脚很瘦...看得到脚的tendon和muscle...
当staff nurse在帮那些病人dressing的时候,他们一直在叫...
可见有多痛啊!!!
他们休息回来之后,CI就召集我们,让我们练习换床单...
CI还跟我们说铺好之后要绑起来因为病人翻来翻去的时候会弄皱...
CI还教我们分辨垃圾桶...
黄色的垃圾桶是丢sisa klinical yang tidak tajam...
example gloves...
而蓝色的垃圾桶就丢纸张之类的...等等...
beside tat,CI oso taught us how to take the blood pressure by using the sphygmomanometer… suddenly,suria felt swirl…
CI immediately called her go to take rest n drink some water…
回到家,吃了午餐过后我就睡觉...
大约六点左右就起床开始做家务...
第一天就发现CI问的问题我都不是很会回答...
所以在家有做点儿笔记和温习功课...
第二天,大约五点二十分就起床准备了…
大约六点四十五分就抵达医院…
around 7am,night shift’s staff nurse passed report to the morning shift’s staff nurse…
after tat,we started to do bed making for all the patient…
after finished,we start to do the observation…
record all the data…
我们做完observation之后已经是九点半左右了…
CI叫我们去休息… CI担心我会晕倒叫我一定要去休息…
不可以像昨天那样…
休息回来,CI让我们练习moving helpless patient from bed to chair n chair to bed…n oso positioning…
