第三天,as usual waiting the staff nurse pass report then v start to do the bed making n observation…
tis time v finish the bed making n observation more faster bcz we divided into five group…
n each group do the bed making n observation in the cubicle…
可是之后CI突然召集我们去bilik rawatan…
她骂我们分组没跟她说一声…
加上她不喜欢一样的race在同一个group…
可是我没有哦~~~我都是跟suria一起勒…
因为就只有我一个华人…
之后,CI帮我们分组和分cubicle…
我,jaja n wan azila被分到cubicle 4…
算好咯…还蛮多人羡慕我们在cubicle 4的…
因为cubicle 4有之前我提过的asman shah…
因为那个病人就一直躺在床上…
我们可以帮他做bed bath…
那就当做我们在练习了…
虽然那个asman shah的屁股部分看了有想吐的感觉…
可是习惯了就不会了…
jaja n wan azila看了都快顶不顺了…
尤其是bed bath n bed making过后,staff nurse帮asman shah吸痰的时候…
staff nurse use a long n thin tube put into the lungs through the hole at the neck n suck the sputum…
staff nurse oso suck the sputum from nose…
every 4 hours will do the suction…
but the patient will felt very comfort after do the suction…
after rest,CI taught us take the b/p by using sphygmomanometer…
next time v can use the sphygmomanometer n no need waiting for the auto 1…
around 11.45am,we do the observation again…
when we take the temperature wif asman shah…
his body temperature is 39.5 n above…
but jaja said is 38.5 n above so we do the cold compress to asman shah…
after do the cold compress,his body temperature is around 38.5…
actually we need to do tepid sponging to the patient but we take wrong reading…
the patient ask us y his lower part of the body non sense…
CI跟我们说他下半身本来就是这样…
我个人觉得他的手应该是还有点儿知觉…
只是没力而已…
因为每次他的手放在肩膀的时候都会叫我们帮他拿下来…
第四天,jaja没来所以就只有我和wan azila帮asman shah做bed bath n bed making…
今天的bed bath还算蛮顺利的…
只是CI说我们擦得时候太轻了…
污垢很可能还会遗留在那儿…
可是擦屁股的时候就是senior帮asman shah擦啦…
我也不懂为什么他突然会进来擦patient的屁股…
这几天,他的温度会突然上升…
staff nurse 也不晓得是什么原因…
只好帮他做suction…吸干净lungs里面的sputum…
还帮他的喉管清理干净…
之后医生进来帮忙…
因为staff nurse怎样吸都吸不干净…
所以医生就建议把tube从嘴巴放进去…
之后医生说他的sputum有些塞在trachea旁边所以吸不干净…
patient之后也觉得舒服多了…
